In dem Animationsfilm sucht die Addams-Familie eine neue Bleibe. Familienoberhaupt Gomez, seine Frau Morticia und ihre Schützlinge Wednesday, Pugsley sowie Onkel Fester finden nach langem suchen eine ziemlich finstere Bude, in der sich die Familie auf Anhieb pudelwohl fühlt. Doch die neue Nachbarschaft hält nicht viel von den schrägen Vögeln und möchte die Neulinge so schnell wie möglich wieder loswerden!
